These hats are what the Italian 'Marina Militare' sailors don as part of their dress uniform. Flat top design with a black headband which the sailor would normally wear a unit ribbon around. The hat has eyelets either side to allow some breathability while standing at attention! The inside has a comfortable leather sweatband that grips well to the head & a chin strap to make doubly sure.
