The Swiss TAZ 83 (Tarnanzug 83, also known as Alpenflage) camo pattern is perhaps the most striking and strangest of all military camouflage patterns, but it still stands as an effective and stylish design. The trousers themselves are quality made, versatile and durable.
Out in the leaf litter and autumn forests treat this camouflage surprisingly well. The many pockets and hard wearing material make life on the field easier and more comfortable.

Very happy with these pants, and doubly happy that Armyandoutdoors finally had some larger sizes in stock. While nominally used, my pair was nearly new and almost indistinguishable from the "new/unissued" pair I also ordered. These pants are are comfy and warm and the material is tough but soft. Generous sized pockets, will comfortably swallow a "pro max" sized iPhone or even a 500ml drink bottle. The pattern itself is absolutely fantastic in any autumn/deciduous tree environment, but blends in surprisingly well in other environs as well - check out the photos of the matching Taz83 & Taz70 jacket taken over Easter up in Bright in north east Victoria. Highly recommend - grab a pair while these sizes are available. These are now my "go to" fishing pants. And as always - the shipping was fast.

These things are well designed, showed up in good condition and baggy enough to allow free movement yet not too hot for Australian weather. They can be worn with regular non military boots and still look decent. Shipping was also decently quick. If you wanna make an FIA kit (from Arma Reforger) or you just want mobile cool looking pants than these are for you.
