These unused East German combat trousers were issued to the Nationale Volksarmee (NVA) from 1968 to 1990. Featuring the distinctive Rain Camo pattern (Strichmuster), inspired by WWII German designs like Splittermuster and Sumpftarn. Due to the range in manufacture, have a mix of models. Some may have no knee reinforcement, square reinforcement or polygonal reinforcement, seat reinforcement and some may have shrouded cargo buttons and others not. These will be picked at random.

Designated as summer trousers, they are made of moderately heavy fabric. Practical features include two slash pockets, cargo pockets with button closures, and adjustable ankle cuffs with pebbled buttons. The partially elasticated waist includes metal D-rings for suspenders, enhancing fit and utility. These trousers are a well-preserved, authentic piece of Cold War-era military surplus, perfect for collectors or historical enthusiasts.
