25th Battalion, Royal Malay Regiment presentation plaque featuring a large shield-shaped crest mounted to a dark backing board. The crest is finished in green, red, yellow and gold tones, with a metal scroll beneath reading “Rejimen Askar Melayu Diraja”. The plaque is housed in a fitted red presentation box.

A presentation plate above the crest reads “Cenderahati Daripada Warga 25 RAMD”. The plaque is in very good condition, while the box is heavily sun faded.
