Australian Pattern 1937 (P37) haversack constructed from heavy woven cotton webbing with brass fittings and internal fibreboard stiffening panels to help the bag hold its shape. The design features a large flap closure secured by two adjustable webbing straps with brass buckles, and a reinforced body with stitched panel construction.

The interior provides a single main compartment with a stiffened back panel and stitched seams for structure. Webbing loops and attachment points are fitted on the rear, along with adjustable shoulder straps. Two colour variants exist in greenish-khaki and yellowish-khaki webbing, picked at random.
