The East German 1965 Model Strichtarn Camouflage Trousers feature the distinctive rain-pattern camouflage, consisting of fine brown vertical dashes over a muted olive-green background. The trousers have a high-rise waistband with button fastening and metal D-ring attachment points around the inner waist. Storage includes two rear flap-covered pockets with button fastenings and additional flap-covered cargo pockets on both thighs. Horizontal stitched panels extend across the knee areas, while the straight-cut legs feature button-adjustable ankle tabs.

The interior features plain olive-green fabric with contrasting light brown reinforcement panels around the waistband and upper seat. Additional details include reinforced stitching along the seams and metal hardware around the waistband. Small repairs and fading are present.
