The East German Women's Strichtarn Camouflage Shirt features the distinctive Strichtarn camouflage pattern, consisting of fine brown vertical dashes over an olive-green background. Constructed from a 75% cotton and 25% viscose blend, the shirt has a pointed collar, concealed button-front closure and two lower front pockets with flap covers. Additional flap pockets are positioned on the upper sleeves, while the long sleeves feature button-adjustable cuffs.

The shirt also features a plain olive-green interior, internal fastening points around the neckline and a straight-cut body with a slightly extended hem.
