Used by soldiers of the French army, this commando tent is praised for it's simplicity and quick pitching. Large enough to house two adults comfortably. This tent has a lightweight canvas inner, heavy-duty zipping and waterproof nylon flysheet - though most will need some attention or extra coating to ensure waterproofness.
With great ventilation and durable material, this makes for a great two person tent for campers, hikers, hunters or anyone venturing outdoors.

This is a really spacious and well ventilated tent, though this model has the reputation for being a bit leaky. e.g. there's a seam all along the ridge, and the peaks over each end don't really help in heavy rain. I have seam sealed mine, and have occasionally strung up a fly over the top if rain is expected.

I pride myself on having quality gear for the outdoors and this tent really adds value to my catalogue of field equipment. Having spent several nights in it i rate the fact that it is not sweaty inside and with box corner construction enables full use of the interior for storage or 2 people. The tents weighs much lighter than i expected, has a decent rubberised ground sheet and the fly provided 100% water proofing after a high country deluge ( i do recommend a coating of Nixwax before use ). Like a lot of items at Army & Outdoors you can get amazing bang for your buck and this tent is a real find at the price - a very happy hunter.
