The Greek Lizard Camo Shirt features a distinctive camouflage pattern with irregular horizontal streaks in shades of olive green, dark green, brown and tan. The shirt has a pointed collar, a concealed button-front closure and four flap-covered front pockets, including two chest pockets and two larger lower pockets. The long sleeves feature button-adjustable cuffs, while the straight-cut body has a matching camouflage finish throughout.

The interior features a plain light olive-green fabric reverse with visible seam stitching and a branded label inside the neckline. A stain is present near the lower front button.
