The Greek Lizard Camo Trousers feature a distinctive camouflage pattern with irregular horizontal streaks in shades of olive green, dark green, brown and tan. The trousers have a button-fastened front fly, wide belt loops and an adjustable side waist tab with metal buckle hardware. Storage includes angled hip pockets and large flap-covered cargo pockets positioned on both thighs. The straight-cut legs feature stitched panel sections around the knees and a plain hem finish.

The interior features a light olive-green fabric reverse with visible seam stitching and a branded label inside the waistband. Heavy wear and a repair to the crotch are present.
