HQ Issue Olive Utility Vest featuring a cotton and polyester blend construction with a sleeveless design and full-length front zipper closure. The vest includes four front flap pockets with additional horizontal zippered compartments for storage. The interior features two zippered pockets with fabric attachment panels, while metal D-rings positioned near the shoulders and at the centre of the back provide additional attachment points.

The vest features a V-shaped neckline, reinforced stitching around the pockets and adjustable fastening tabs at the lower sides. The back has a plain panel with a horizontal stitched yoke and a centrally positioned D-ring.
