New Zealand Defence Force desert DPM trousers in the standard issued cut. Finished in desert DPM camouflage with a button fly and belt loops.
There is a small hole above the right knee and the inner waist stitching has partially come undone.

This variant was the first issued for use in the Middle East until the introduction of the ripstop model in 2007.
