Orvis fly fishing vest in olive green, featuring a sleeveless design with a contrasting brown ribbed collar and grey mesh panels across the upper back and sides. The front features multiple storage compartments, including two upper flap pockets and two large lower zippered pockets with additional flap-covered compartments. A small adjustable plastic buckle fastening is positioned across the centre front, while fabric loops and attachment points are located around the upper pockets.

The vest features reinforced stitching around the pocket panels, an Orvis identification label sewn inside the collar and embroidered branding on the chest pocket. Visible bright yellow markings are present on one upper chest pocket.
