Stream Designs fly fishing vest featuring a khaki exterior with a sleeveless, open-front design and multiple storage compartments across the chest and lower body. The vest has a central front zip closure with an additional snap-fastened securing tab, two upper flap pockets and several horizontal zippered compartments. Small metal D-rings are positioned beside the upper chest pockets, with a contrasting pale yellow fleece-like patch attached to one pocket.

The lower front features multiple layered utility pockets in varying sizes, including smaller flap-covered compartments positioned over larger storage sections. The vest has a V-shaped neckline, wide shoulder panels and a straight lower hem.
