Top Gun movie replica flyers coveralls featuring an olive green exterior with a traditional one-piece flight suit design. The coveralls have a high stand-up collar, central front zip closure and long sleeves with full-length trouser legs. Stitched seams across the shoulders, chest and waist complete the design.

The coveralls feature multiple colourful aviation-themed patches across the chest and upper sleeves. These include a circular red and blue chest patch, a rectangular chest insignia, a multicoloured shoulder patch and an American flag patch on the opposite sleeve.
