The outer jacket label states a 100% cotton shell with 100% polyester lining, while the inner vest shell is labelled as 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The front has two snap-flap chest pockets, two lower angled pockets and a full-length front closure.

The jacket has embroidered National Guard branding across the back with a US flag graphic, plus red and black motorsport-style embroidery on the front. Additional embroidered branding appears on the sleeve and lower rear.
