US Navy black service shirt made from a 75% polyester / 25% wool blend. Long-sleeve shirt with a button front, pointed collar, and two chest pockets with buttoned flaps. Buttoned cuffs and a curved hem are designed for wear tucked into uniform trousers.

    I thought it came with the red badge as the pic (arms),unfortunately not,and it was to small.
