US Washington State DoC short-sleeve uniform shirt in light blue with contrasting dark navy shoulder panels and matching panels across the two chest pockets. The front has a button closure, pointed collar and two large chest pockets. An embroidered Washington State Department of Corrections patch is fitted to one sleeve, with a US flag patch on the opposite sleeve.

The Jaguar by Conqueror label is visible inside the collar. The shirt has a light stain on the front.
