USGI lined utility jacket in black, featuring a waist-length design with a fold-down collar and full-length front zip closure concealed beneath a fabric placket. The jacket has a smooth outer shell, dark interior lining and two angled front welt pockets. Additional details include long sleeves with plain cuffs, ribbed knit waistband sections and stitched shoulder panels.

The interior retains a DSCP identification label beneath the collar. The outer fabric shows visible creasing throughout and is noted as being in used/very good condition.
