USGI ECW Gen III PCU Level 7 trousers featuring a light grey-green exterior with thick insulated construction and a loose, full-length design. The trousers have a gathered elastic waistband with a central front fly and adjustment tabs at the sides. A long zip fastening runs down the outer leg, while stitched reinforcement panels are visible around the knees. The padded legs taper towards gathered ankle cuffs, with reinforced seams throughout the construction.
