USGI M-65 field trousers with a straight-leg military field design and multiple storage pockets. They feature a zip fly with buttoned waistband, large flap-covered thigh cargo pockets, hip pockets and rear flap pockets.

Adjustable tabs are fitted at the sides of the waistband, with belt loops positioned around the waist.
