USGI M-65 cold weather trousers in olive green, featuring a loose, straight-leg design with a button-fastened waistband and belt loops. The trousers have two slanted front hip pockets with button-fastened flaps, along with two large flap-covered cargo pockets positioned on the thighs. A fabric adjustment strap extends from the side of one cargo pocket, while additional stitched panels are visible around the knees.

Additional details include a front fly opening, a drawcord visible near the waistband and reinforced stitching along the pocket edges and leg seams. Presented in used/very good condition with visible fabric creasing.
