USGI M65 cold weather trousers in olive green wind-resistant sateen, constructed from a 50% nylon and 50% cotton blend. They feature a metal zip fly, buttoned waistband, adjustable side waist tabs and angled hip pockets. Large flap-covered cargo pockets sit on each thigh, with fabric tie-down straps extending from the pocket area.

The rear has two button-secured pockets, while the cuffs incorporate drawcord adjustment. The interior includes attachment points for a button-in trouser liner.
