USGI APECS wet weather trousers in MultiCam camouflage. These waterproof overtrousers are constructed as a lightweight outer shell and are designed to be worn over standard combat trousers in wet conditions. The durable laminated fabric provides weather protection while maintaining breathability.

Features include an elasticated waistband, full-length side zips for easy on and off over boots, adjustable ankle closures, and pass-through pocket access for reaching garments worn underneath. Military surplus item in used/very good condition.
