USGI combat trousers in a MultiCam OCP camouflage pattern with a flame-resistant construction. They feature belt loops, adjustable hook-and-loop waist tabs, angled front pockets and large button-secured cargo pockets on both thighs. Articulated knee sections incorporate knee-pad compartments, with additional storage pockets positioned on the lower legs.

The cuffs have drawcord adjustment, while reinforced seam and panel construction is used throughout the legs. The internal label identifies them as Army Combat Pants manufactured in the USA by ReadyOne Industries Inc.
