This USGI N-3B cold weather parka features a sage-green exterior with a padded construction and an attached hood. The hood has a dark grey fur-like interior lining and contrasting cream-coloured fur-like trim around the opening. The parka features a full-length front zip beneath a snap-button storm flap, two angled chest pockets with snap fastenings and two large lower flap pockets. An additional zippered utility pocket is positioned on the upper sleeve.

The interior features a matching green padded lining, with reinforced stitching along the front opening and a longer-cut body. There is visible staining and heavy soiling, a broken front zip and areas of previous repair.
