USGI APEC Gore-Tex parka in the OCP camouflage pattern, designed as a waterproof outer shell. It features a full front zip with hook-and-loop storm flap, an adjustable hood, hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs, and multiple zippered pockets for secure storage. The lightweight shell construction is designed to be worn over insulating layers as required.

This military surplus parka is supplied in used, very good condition and retains its original OCP camouflage finish.
