USGI OCP Extreme Cold Weather waterproof trousers in Large Regular size, offered in used, very good condition. These military surplus trousers feature the Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) with a waterproof outer shell, full-length side zips for easy on and off, adjustable waist tabs, and reinforced knee panels. Their lightweight shell construction is designed to be worn over insulating layers in wet weather.

Built as part of the US Army Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System, they combine waterproof protection with practical field features while retaining their original military styling.
