USGI OG-107 First Pattern utility pants with a straight-leg cut and button fly. They feature large front patch pockets, two rear patch pockets with button-secured flaps, belt loops and adjustable tabs at the sides of the waistband.

The trousers have a simple utility construction with reinforced stitched seams and button hardware throughout.
