USMC blue service dress jacket in a very dark shade of blue, appearing almost black. Made from a 60% polyester / 40% wool blend, it features a structured tailored cut with a stand collar, red piping along the front opening, collar, cuffs, and shoulders, and multiple brass buttons with embossed insignia. The jacket includes two chest pockets and two lower pockets with button closures, as well as crossed rifle insignia patches on the sleeves.

The jacket is finished with additional insignia on the collar and decorative buttoned cuffs.
