USMC P56 utility shirt in olive green, featuring a traditional military field shirt design with a pointed fold-down collar and full button-front closure. The shirt has two large chest patch pockets with pointed flaps, with a faded black USMC marking visible on the left chest pocket. Additional details include long sleeves with button-adjustable cuffs, reinforced stitching around the pocket edges and shoulder seams, and a straight-cut hem.

Presented in used/fair condition with visible fading, fabric creasing and light staining on the front.
