USMC wool overcoat in olive green with a 100% wool serge outer construction and contrasting green interior lining. It features a double-breasted front with USMC Eagle, Globe and Anchor buttons, wide notched lapels, two front pockets and a buttoned half-belt across the back.

Red embroidered insignia are present on both upper sleeves. The interior label identifies the garment as an Overcoat, Men's, Wool Serge, Green MC 21234.
