Vintage Columbia fly fishing vest featuring an olive-green exterior with a sleeveless, V-neck design and multiple storage compartments across the chest and lower body. The vest has two upper flap-covered pockets, additional layered utility pockets and a snap-fastened front opening. Black D-ring attachments are positioned beneath the upper pockets, while two cream-coloured fleece-like patches are attached to the lower front compartments.

The vest features wide shoulder panels, contrasting light-coloured stitching and a horizontal zippered pocket visible on the interior. Columbia branding is displayed on the inner neckline label and D-ring attachment tabs.
