Woohoo, Auckland have been allowed a little more freedom as we drop down to 'Level 3'. This means we are allowed to get out and maintain our health by gorging on fast food. Unfortunately there'll be no gorging on surplus at our Auckland store as our doors remain shut while in 'Level 3'.
Our online store remains operational 24/7, thankfully. However, due to high demand, we do have a backlog of orders currently, our apologies for any delays, we are working hard to get your orders out.
If you are in Christchurch, our doors are open at our Woolston store, come on down.
We'll provide an update here as the situation changes.

With a move to Level 2 in all areas outside Auckland, we are allowed to open our Christchurch shop, with all the mandated 'safety' protocols in place.
Sadly, our Auckland store remains closed until further notice. We hope you're all maintaining your mental as well as physical health as we navigate through these challenging times.

Our government has allowed much of New Zealand some freedom by moving down to alert level 3. Unfortunately Auckland remains locked-down in level 4. Our retail store there remains closed for the another two weeks. Also, our Christchurch store cannot open until level 2, whenever that may be.
Our Christchurch warehouse team have been working hard getting orders out over the past couple of weeks, and they'll continue doing so. Courier delays may be experienced as regular shipping resumes.
All products are now available with no 'essential item' restrictions.

Due to the government lock-down (level 4 nationwide) for the next three days (7 for Auckland) we are currently delivering essential food and emergency supplies.
We are taking all precautions and acting in compliance to minimise any risks. We have a small but very dedicated team living on-site in isolation in our Christchurch warehouse working to get essential orders dispatched.
Our customers are diverse and as such their equipment needs are diverse. Farmers, construction workers, law enforcement, security and military personnel are among our regular customers providing essential services. We have made reasonable judgements of what we consider to be genuine non-food essential products. We ask that your household act responsibly and only order goods that are absolutely necessary.
Essential Items may include:
- MRE's & Rations
- Cold Weather Clothing & Equipment
- Security & Duty Gear
- Footwear (Safety boots, Duty boots etc)
- First Aid & Hygiene
- Hydration products
- Sleeping Bags & Blankets
- Torches & lighting & Batteries
While current restrictions are in place, orders that contain 'essential supplies' will be packaged and sent out following strict health & safety measures to protect our staff and our customers. Orders containing only non-essential products will be packaged ready to send as soon as restrictions are lifted.
